All our rooms are on ground level and easily accessible, our friendly staff will help you feel comfortable in our spacious, modern furnished rooms.
For customers that wish to cook their own meals, some of our rooms have efficiencies.
All of our rooms have a TV, fridge, microwave and a coffeemaker.

Our staff at the lobby will be glad to supply you with a hair dryer, iron and
ironing board if required.

• All rooms have a maximum capacity of four persons per room.
• We also offer continental breakfast from 07:00am until 10:30am.

The tropical landscape of our motel with its large pool and heated jacuzzi just makes you want to relax and enjoy the sun during the day or sunset in the evening.
Our pool and jacuzzi hours are from 08:00am until 10:00pm every day.

We have a playground for the children, shuffle boards that give pleasure to everyone and our outdoor bar-b-que grills are just waiting for you to use them.

Located halfway between Venice and Port Charlotte , you have all the dining and shopping facilities only ten minutes away in either direction.

For those of you that like tennis or golf, there are a number of tennis courts, several golf courses and a driving range, in the area.

Just imagine the clean air, clear sunshine with endless Gulf coast beaches for the seekers of peace and tranquillity, with it’s sparkling blue water, for those who want to swim or go fishing, boating, surfing or diving, something for everyone.

Then when the day is over, you have done and seen all the things you wanted to do and see what could be nicer than to go back to the Warm Mineral Springs Motel, with it’s casual, family atmosphere, open the sliding glass doors of your room and walk out to the motels tropical courtyard and relax for the evening.
